As a Junior Odoo Developer, you will collaborate closely within a team to design, develop, and enhance Odoo solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Client-Centric Solutions: Analyze client requirements and provide innovative, well-structured technical solutions.
  • Development Excellence: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules with high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Module Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing Odoo modules to align with client objectives and business processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of new features and modifications to ensure functionality and stability.
  • System Administration: Configure, install, and maintain multi-database Odoo environments for optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and solution architects to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Best Practices: Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including documentation and version control.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Odoo advancements and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Odoo development.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expertise in Python programming and Odoo Framework.
    • Familiarity with core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Website, E-commerce, etc.).
    • Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
    • Experience with version control systems like GitHub.

  • Development Approach: Solid understanding of the software development life cycle in an agile environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Learning Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and execute accordingly

Junior Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
    • Conduct cold and hot calls to understand client needs and spark interest in NEXA’s services.
    • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in the CRM system.

  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop targeted plans to boost sales and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and tailor solutions for clients.
    • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.

  3. Relationship Building and Networking:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Represent NEXA at conferences and trade events to expand the client base.
    • Foster trust and collaboration to ensure continued partnerships.

  4. Performance Analysis and Improvement:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of sales campaigns and propose enhancements.
    • Provide regular reports on leads, sales, and emerging opportunities.
    • Suggest innovative strategies to optimize lead generation processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years in business development or sales with a strong focus on lead generation 
    (fresh graduates with exceptional potential are welcome).

  • Skills:
      • Knowledge of ERP Odoo Systems
      • Ability to learn about services and explain them to prospects
      • Previous Teleperformance experience is preferable
      • Excellent communication skills.

      • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
      • Good sales ability.
