Junior Business Developer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
    • Conduct cold and hot calls to understand client needs and spark interest in NEXA’s services.
    • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in the CRM system.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop targeted plans to boost sales and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and tailor solutions for clients.
    • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
  3. Relationship Building and Networking:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Represent NEXA at conferences and trade events to expand the client base.
    • Foster trust and collaboration to ensure continued partnerships.
  4. Performance Analysis and Improvement:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of sales campaigns and propose enhancements.
    • Provide regular reports on leads, sales, and emerging opportunities.
    • Suggest innovative strategies to optimize lead generation processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in business development or sales with a strong focus on lead generation (fresh graduates with exceptional potential are welcome).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and digital sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.
  • Other: Ability to work under pressure .
